At Viasox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks or apparel aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Indicate whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size, color, or style.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
